Insurance

Coastal Bay Therapy accepts the following insurances in network, as well as those clients who wish to use an Out of Network provider:

• Aetna
• United Healthcare
• Cigna
• Oscar Health
• Humana
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield

Should you prefer not to use insurance, we will provide, upon request, an invoice for you to send to out-of-network providers. Copays vary depending upon insurance plan.  Please call your insurance company and ask what your copay is or if you have a deductible that needs to be met.  

Sliding Scale - If we do not accept your insurance or if you wish to receive services without the use of insurance, there is a sliding scale for Self Pay clients that can be discussed.
